Nikki Thompson

Nichola is a highly skilled trainer and educator, holding a BSc Honours (first class) in Biomedical Science.
She possesses extensive expertise in health and safety education and training, having delivered programs on a wide range of topics, including general workplace safety, tutoring, radiation, chemical management, laser safety, animal safety and quarantine management,
For over three years, she has delivered driver safety and education with Changing Gears.
Her impressive career includes roles such as:
• Workplace health and safety (WHS) trainer at Monash University for twelve years,
• Resources Coordinator, Health & Safety Officer, and WHS Committee Chair at Monash Biomedical Imaging for six years,
• Neuroscience tutor at Melbourne University.
Nikki is also a certified mediator and mental health first aider, holding a level two first aid certificate, making her exceptionally qualified for this role. Nikki delivers the program with passion, driven by her commitment to making a positive impact on young people's lives.
