Come and meet Changing Gears and DriveSmart Academy at Booth A5. If getting your Learner Permit and licence has felt out of reach, have a chat with us. We'll show you a way that works with how you learn.
Visit Booth A5, scan the QR code and you're in the draw for a go-kart session for two at Le Mans Entertainment. Entry is free and no purchase is needed.
You'll find it on the poster at Booth A5.
Name, phone and email. It takes about a minute.
That's your entry locked in.
Sunday 18 October, the day after the expo.
The winner gets a text. You don't need to be there.
Bring a mate, a sibling or your support worker for the ride.
Entries close at 4pm on Saturday 17 October. Open to people aged 16 and over. Full terms and conditions are at changinggears.org. This promotion is not sponsored by or associated with Facebook.
Changing Gears and DriveSmart Academy cover the whole journey to independence, with support built around how you learn.
Small-group, classroom-based Learner Permit preparation for NDIS participants aged 16+.
Once you have your Learner Permit, we help you arrange an occupational therapist assessment. It supports a plan variation to access NDIS-funded specialised driving lessons.
Driving lessons for people with disability, including neurodivergent learners, with instructors who understand how you learn.
Find us by the Get My L's banners and our wall of photos of participants holding their new L plates. Linda will be there both days, so stop by to say hello and ask your questions.
This year we're sharing Booth A5 with DriveSmart Academy, so you can talk to us about the whole pathway, from L's to P's.
If you support someone whose goals include independence, getting to work or getting around their community, we'd love to meet you.
We're happy to answer questions about Get My L's before or after the expo.
